0 to 99 is a part of The Galaxy Series 2-3 book (page 14). It is a mental arithmetic game involving addition and subtraction of whole numbers game for 2-6 players/teams. The object is to be the last player in the game by forcing opponents to roll a value which makes the running total larger than 99. The game requires two ordinary dice for each player/team.
